I was expecting anonymous to post this since the majority of posts in the penis field are from him but since he hasn't I found this interesting summary of evolution of duck mating equipment. It seems as females in a promiscuous species tend to have equipment that gives them some ability to select successful matings. And the males in these promiscuous species have some pretty lengthy equipment.

It is unusual in birds (which have cloaca) but ducks do have penises.
I have noticed that there are many interesting sexual toys that help increasing the size of the penis.
